Mumbai is the city which embraces each and every person from any part of the world. The food and life of Mumbai is incomparable. Being a Mumbaikar, I have tasted a variety of dishes and cuisines in this lovely city.

The black Pav Bhaji is a must try at Maa Anjani’s. the onion-tomato sauteed in masala and butter is a perfect accompaniment.

Missal is a traditional Maharashtrian dish made with lentils, sprouts, spicy curry, potato bhaji and chivda. Every few months Missal Festival is organised in various parts of Maharashtra and once a year in Mumbai. You can see in the Video how is this festival organised and how many varieties of Missal are served in this Festival.

Sandwich is something every Mumbaikar loves and you will find Variety of Sandwiches made by different methods in every lane of Mumbai. Be it Grilled, Toast, Chilli Cheese or Sada, every  variety is made with a  unique twist.

The Video shows the famous Toast Sandwich of Borivali (W) served with tasty and yummy chutneys.

Since Mumbai is a city where you can find almost anything & Everything, it is not difficult to find different cuisines served at various food joints & restaurants. Every new restaurant or food stall has something unique and amazing to offer. Off late many dessert parlours have cropped up in various parts of the city. One such dessert that is unique are waffles. Waffles are eaten mostly in Belgium and many other parts of Europe.

We have many waffle parlours in the city out of we tried a chocolate & strawberry ice- cream waffle at one the many joints serving it.

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus – Heritage Gully

Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus popularly known as CSMT or CST is one the most visited tourist places in Mumbai. This iconic british era monumental structure is railway station for outstation and suburban trains in and out of Mumbai.

The railway authorities and the government have established and maintained Heritage gully at Platform number 18 which showcases railway coaches, cranes and printing machines used in british and pre-british era.
